Consumer credit borrowing has fallen at the sharpest annual rate since recording began
26 years ago, the Bank of England has said.
Borrowing using credit cards, overdrafts and personal loans fell by 5.6 per cent
annually in October, the lowest since the Bank started collecting data in 1994.
